How much is shipping and how long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping depends on your location and ranges from $18 - $55.  Most orders are shipped out from our Hong Kong Head office.  We ship 5 days a week using DHL as our carrier.

Business days are Monday- Friday

Orders will be processed during business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day. Similarly, we do not ship orders during the weekend. All orders are shipped during business days

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed. It will take up to 2 business days to process your order.  Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).

Please Ensure that all details provided are accurate and completed; if not, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid any possible delays.

Please note that a representative from the company will contact you to verify your purchase.

Due to our new fraud prevention policies, we are unable to ship your order until we verify final details.  Once details are verified your order will be shipped

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking link and photos of your order .

Please note that processing time varies from order to order; based on items purchased.

Every item is customized to perfection therefore production takes up to 5-7 business days.

Kindly note once shipped, all orders are within the possession of DHL carrier. Any queries concerning package location, delivery delay or other relative issues we advise first contacting your local DHL office or accessing their website to make any such enquiries.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number and a link once your order has been shipped to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. 

Please note that this can take between 24-36 hours. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please feel free to contact us after the estimated delivery time.


Do you have exchanges, returns and refund policies?


Exchange/Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

·      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

·      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for sanitary and health purposes.

·      Your item must also be in the original packaging.

·      Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please return to the address:

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds.

In the event you are not pleased with your purchase and wish to return an item, we offer store credit or exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you and begin the inspection process.

Once approved, we will issue store credit or exchange (based on request) 

*Any tax or duty fees incurred will not be refunded or compensated for as these funds go directly to the state or governing bodies in the area of which you reside.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.


How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please email info@intimacyhaircollection.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee a cancelation will be granted after 24 hours has passed.
